“The Women’s Herb.”  Ahhh, there are quite a few.  My favorite is red raspberry.  Another known for its benefit to women is slippery elm.  CHASTE BERRY (also called
vitex) is yet another.

Chaste berry is used to support a healthy and regular menstrual cycle, and to treat many imbalances of the female reproductive system, including infertility (and preventing
miscarriages) when used with red raspberry, false unicorn root and black haw.  It also helps the uterus expel the placenta after childbirth and for increasing breast milk.

When combined with other herbs, chaste berries are known to support both menopausal and post-menopausal health, as it treats PMS and hot flashes.

Vitex is also used to bring significant relief for women who suffer from premenstrual breast tenderness and pain associated with “lumpy” fibrocystic breasts.

You can also use vitex to treat acne, nervousness, dementia, joint conditions, colds, upset stomach, spleen disorders, headaches, migraine, eye pain, body inflammation and
