The three Water Signs: Cancer (influences our lymphatic system), Scorpio (influences our reproductive system) and Pisces (influences our integumentary** system).  Water is all about feelings, and if you have a Water Moon, you can be a very emotional eater.  If you feel happy, you'll want to share a meal to celebrate with friends.  If you're sad, you can eat in an attempt to drown out your pain.  Good health and eating well comes down to managing your mood.  Explore natural mood-enhancers - such as exercise or wellness therapies like massage or reflexology.  That way you'll rely less on food to soothe you.

SCORPIO ~ October 24th ~ November 22nd

Scorpio is one of the strongest, healthiest signs in the zodiac, partly because you are such a powerful energy to begin with.  Your ability to be strong and persevering is wonderful in many ways, but if you begin to ignore and hide from your intense feelings and emotions, then health trouble is brewing.  One area of weakness for Scorpio is the large intestine, especially the colon region.  Scorpios have an awful problem with constipation.

You can chage your diet to a rule: drink plenty of water (4-6 glasses daily), have a high fiber diet. Get plenty of exercise too.  Just moving around, sometimes, helps.  Most importantly, stay in touch with your feelings and talk about them.  Scorpio's other weak spot is their reproductive system.  Scorpios have a very strong, robust sex drive and consequently, may enjoy many more sexual contact than some other zodiac signs.  So, safe sex is Scorpio's by-word.  If you don't practice safe sex, then because the reproductive region is your weak link, you are open to STDs (sexually transmitted diseases).  Worse, HIV and AIDS is out there.

You can make anything sexy. Your sign is not into the superficialities of fashion - nor into its high price tag, either. You are more into showing your soul through our intense personality than any mere item of clothing. When you do dress up, however, it is to be provocative and highlight your animal magnetism.

Scorpio is the sign that symbolizes strength and power. They tend to obsess about what's precious to them. People who belong to this sign need to protect themselves from blood related and sexual diseases. 

HERBS: Basil, rosemary and berberine are considered to be useful herbs for Scorpio.
