Hi Everyone!  I've been working feverishly for you . . . and have whittled down the Steps to only "7" now instead of the original 10 Easy Steps to Better Health.  It won't be ready for launch by Mother's Day as I'd hoped, but will be within the next 6-8 weeks.  I was thinking about setting up a page on my website ( where you can pre-order yours now . . . but I also haven't decided whether the eBook will cost $3 or $5 (or $285.00!!!!)  Yeah, that's a joke.

I'm gonna make getting healthier easier than ever for you.  I'm even going to include some "home made exercise" where you don't have to go to a gym or need any special work-out clothes or music.  This INTRO book will be filled with simple explanations that will revolutionize how you understand and look at illness/disease, how you can remedy most imbalances with simple herbal teas and small changes in your daily habits, some great pictures of herbs (to help you identify herbs that you probably walk by every day), and some real easy herbal formulas to work on eliminating those pain in the butt chronic illness that you can't seem to get rid of.
