Vegan Mac 'n Cheese ~ from our Guest Blogger TRAMAINE
I love Vegan Mac, it's quick, easy, filling and very tasty!
I make several different versions of it but this one is a favorite in my home because we like it SPICY! The roasted Broccoli is an added bonus to this fantastic dish. It's creamy, full of flavor and ready to eat in just fifteen minutes. There will be some multi-tasking involved but....you can handle it. Let's get to the recipe, ENJOY!
