Herbal Remedies for Womb Wellness at JUNE 15th RETREAT

In today’s climate of natural healing, avoiding dangerous medications and unnecessary reproductive surgeries, women have also been forced to become super-conscious about their safety.

 Putting a stop to “Me-Too” is on the top of everyone’s list. As a student and teacher of the martial arts for over 30 years, I’ve traveled around the country teaching women and children ‘how to stop the violence against women.’ The first of my three classes offered at this weekend Retreat will be a Martial Arts Basic 101 class where you will learn some basic moves to instill confidence, eliminate fear; a few basic moves to defend and protect yourSELF, and FIND YOUR CENTER!!! 

 

 My second workshop offers you easy answers and gives you hands-on tools for the women challenged with having to juggle everything and everyone in our lives: and that is our difficulty in trying to manage stress!!! God gave us a built in system to de-stress, and I will guide you in simple, day-to-day steps that you can do to accelerate your PERSONAL POWER and make stress a thing of the pass: by mastering the emotions of your 7 Chakras!

 

One of the many workshops included FREE with your registration, is my third workshop on how to use herbs for every aspect of your Divine Feminine and healing your womb with TLC.  Whether you are pre- or post-childbearing years, or even passed The Pause, this workshop will give you natural healing herbal answers to eliminating fibroids, balancing painful menses, creating hormonal happiness after The Pause, learning how to secure the fetus in the womb and have a healthy, balanced pregnancy, getting the tools to heal and control your emotions.
